Throughout the planning journey, I'll provide strategic support through planning check-ins, progress assessments, trusted vendor recommendations, contract reviews, layout suggestions, styling guidance, and logistical planning to help you make confident decisions along the way.

As your wedding day approaches, my role naturally becomes more hands-on. I'll organize and collect vendor information, create and distribute detailed timelines, coordinate final logistics, and begin managing vendor communication to ensure every moving piece is aligned. We'll also meet at your venue for a final walkthrough, review every detail together, and conduct your ceremony rehearsal so everyone knows exactly what to expect.

On the wedding day, I'll serve as the primary point of contact for your vendors, venue, and designated family members, overseeing setup, managing the timeline, troubleshooting the unexpected, and handling the behind-the-scenes details so you can fully enjoy your celebration. From the first planning check-in to the final send-off, my goal is to provide the guidance, organization, and support that allows your day to unfold seamlessly.
